WHEN I WAS...
Ideating around the sexual assault stories that recently came out in the media, I used the #WhenIWas on Twitter and printed other's sexual assault stories on popsicle sticks. The juxtaposition of the naive presentation versus the harsh subject matter gives this piece a shock factor when the participator finishes eating the ice cream and the story is revealed. The revelation of this piece represents the many assault stories that are covered up and never taken to light.
